Buchs

The town of Buchs in the St.Gallen Rhine Valley is the centre of the Werdenberg region. With over 12,500 inhabitants, Buchs is one of the largest urban centres between Lake Constance and Chur.

Buchs is located in the border triangle of Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Vorarlberg in a rural area surrounded by unique natural scenery. Nestled between the Rhine and the Alvier mountain range, the landscape, rich in contrasts, is widely framed by the bizarre formations of the Alpstein.
