Our family-friendly apartment house is located in a quiet, sunny location in the center of the village and is an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes and mountain bike tours.

In winter, Fiss-Ladis-Serfaus is the meeting place for all winter sports fans and nature lovers.

• Combine the body, the soul and the spirit - IN THE NATURE OF THE NATURE, I can organize with you a WORKSHOP with herbal products (only possible with advance booking).

Comfort ski depot Fiss

To meet the high quality demands, the new ski depot is generously furnished to the latest standards. You can get to the depot, as well as to the Schönjochbahn valley terminal, through a convenient underground adventure route from the car park. Escaltors and lifts in the building guarantee that it is easily accessible. New storage spaces were built for skis and snowboards as well as for boots, helmets, gloves and poles. Spacious seating areas between the rows of lockers ensure that you can put on and take off your boots in comfort.
