Open - Wollis Kids Park in the Valley

With activities like Water Zorbing, Tubing track, Aquapaddler boats, E-Trail course, and many experiences revolving around local wildlife, the Wollis Kids Park at the Hauser Kaibling valley station will be a true highlight for families. For breaks or to watch the children play, there's a cozy Chillarea with a food truck offering delicious burgers, ice cream, and more.

Cycling & Hiking Trails

Due to construction work, the 8-person gondola lift as well as the 4-person chairlift "Quattralpina" will remain closed. As the construction site extends over the Senderplateau, all hiking and cycling trails, as well as play stations located there, are affected by the closure. Major hiking routes such as the Schafsinn circular trail, the summit circular trail, the children's adventure trail, and more will not be accessible as usual. Ascent to the summit or to the Kaiblingalm (SchafsinnTeich) will only be possible via the lower path - entry southwest of Tomiziel (marked as cycle path No. 92 or winter hiking trail). We appreciate your understanding that our family offerings such as Downhill Disc Golf, petting zoo, children's adventure trail, and various play stations on the mountain cannot be offered in summer 2024 due to the construction work. Exception: Schafsinn-Teich, where unsupervised activities such as barefoot trail, sheep via ferrata, sheep jumping, etc. - excluding Water Zorbing - will be available. For children and families, the Wollis Kids Park - our leisure park directly at the valley station - is open.

Note: No bike transport via Tauern Cable Car. Cycling on the trails coming from Gumpental (cycle path 92) should be possible as usual up to the Ennslingalm reservoir pond. Further ascent to the Senderplateau will not be possible during the construction work due to the crossing of the routes. Please note that on certain mountain road sections, there may be increased construction traffic.

Important Information Regarding Summer Operations 2024

Due to the construction of a new cable car system, regular summer operations at Hauser Kaibling are not available in summer 2024. Ascending to Hauser Kaibling is exclusively possible via the Tauern Cable Car (located in the village of Haus). The 8-person gondola lift as well as the 4-person chairlift "Quattralpina" will remain closed.
